Compressed air sander: IAS 3 connecting system is required for operation
Nothing produces a finer finish: With a pad diameter of just 77 mm and weighing just 700 g, the LEX 3 77/2.5 compressed air eccentric sander is the perfect professional tool for sanding small areas, e.g. at transitions during spot repair and blending. Also for sanding difficult to access areas, beading and edges. The LEX sander is robust and durable. Designed to utilize minimal compressed air consumption which provides high cost savings - with both low vibration values and low noise.
Achieve ideal results quicker
Dust-free for first-class varnishing results: The IAS system guarantees perfect dust extraction and compressed air supply.
Convenient and safe
Lightweight, handy, low-vibration, quiet – for fast work and a clean working environment.
Systems get it done
Perfectly matched: Tool, sanding pad and abrasive – for gleaming results and considerable time savings.
Extremely robust and durable
The low-maintenance and robust motor with double-sealed bearings and high speed rigidity minimizes downtime and guarantees a long service life.
Three functions in one: The IAS system
The IAS three-hose system combines three functions in a single hose: Compressed air supply, exhaust air extraction, and dust extraction. Sanding dust and exhaust air are kept away from the work surface. Thanks to an intelligently designed exhaust air extraction system, no cold air escapes.
Built for manual operation
Accurate guidance and precise sanding thanks to SoftGrip coating on the device. The well-balanced ergonomics also ensure effortless work.
Minimal compressed air consumption
Less is more. The LEX 3 77/2.5 has the lowest compressed air consumption of them all: Just 270 l/min. That's approx. 30% less than devices from other manufacturers – which saves a lot of money.
Maximum surface quality
The unique sanding pad brake prevents the sanding pad from turning upwards and prevents the surface being scratched during sanding, thereby minimizing both reworking and costs.
Speed adjustment during sanding
The ergonomic position of the speed pre-selection enables infinite adjustment with the thumb, even during sanding.
Clearly visible stroke indicator
The sanding stroke is printed on the head of the ergonomic dead-man switch as a clearly legible number. The dead-man switch is also used as a variable speed trigger for controlled sanding.
