Festool Tool Returns

If you would like to return a Festool tool please contact Tool Nirvana. The Festool 30-Day Money Back Guarantee applies to all new Festool tools. For the purposes of this policy, a tool is defined as a product with a power cord or battery. If you are not completely satisfied, return your tool us within 30 days and you will receive a refund of either your purchase price or the lowest retail price at which the same item has been offered since your date of purchase. Freight charges are not refundable. You are responsible for costs associated with returning the product and the product until we receive it. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance. We can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Please do not send your purchase to the manufacturer. Contact us regarding any returns.

Returns On Festool Accessories & Non-Festool Items

For the purposes of this policy, Festool accessories are defined as items not considered tools (products with a power cord or battery). All products in additional brands (other than Festool) are also covered by this section of our return policy. You may return items within 30 days of purchase if the item is unused, in its original packaging and in the same condition that you received it. Apparel items must have the tags attached and show no visible signs of wear, stains, or rips. Items eligible for return will be assessed a 15% restocking fee. You are responsible for costs associated with returning the product and the product until we receive it. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Please do not send your purchase to the manufacturer. Contact us regarding any returns. Gift cards are non-returnable.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. All returns are subject to inspection and we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
