Festool Tool Returns

If you would like to return a Festool tool please contact Tool Nirvana. The Festool 30-Day Money Back Guarantee applies to all new Festool tools. For the purposes of this policy, a tool is defined as a product powered by a power cord or battery. For any other Festool items - see our return policy covering Festool accessories in the section below.

If you are not satisfied, return your tool within 30 days and you will receive a full refund of the purchase price (freight charges are not refundable). You are responsible for costs associated with returning the product and for the product until we receive it. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance. We can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

In order to be returned, Festool policy stipulates that the tool may be "lightly used" but must not be damaged and must be returned in its original packaging and complete with all items included. In justified cases where the machine has been subject to above-average wear, Tool Nirvana is entitled to refuse a reimbursement until the case has been reviewed and approved by Festool.

Please do not send your purchase to the manufacturer, we will provide authorization and details on returning the tool to us.

Returns On Snickers Workwear Items

In order to be exchanged or returned - Snickers apparel items must have the tags attached and show no visible signs of wear, stains, or rips. Items eligible for exchange can be exchanged with no restocking fee. Items eligible for return will be assessed a 15% restocking fee. You are responsible for costs associated with returning the product and the product until we receive it. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Please do not send your purchase to the manufacturer, we will provide authorization and details on returning the tool to us.

Returns On SawStop & Solid Gear Items

We do not accept any returns on SawStop products or Solid Gear shoes.

Non-returnable Festool Items

Once they have been shipped, the following Festool accessory items are not eligible to be refunded or returned due to the extensive time and expense of shipping these items:

  • Boom Arm or Boom Arm Sets
  • Guide Rail or Guide Rail Sets (except when purchased together with a tool and returned with same tool under the Festool Tool Returns Policy)
  • MFT/3 Tables (all versions)
  • MW 1000 Mobile Workshop and Extension Table TSB/1-MW 1000
  • STM 1800 Mobile Sawing Table
  • UG Carts, Extensions, or Sets
  • WCR 1000 Workcenter

Once they have been shipped, the following gear/apparel is not eligible to be refunded or returned:

  • Caps/Beanie
  • Earplugs

Once the order has been placed for them, non-catalog Festool items noted on our website as "Spare Parts" are not eligible to be refunded or returned.

All Other Items Not Specifically Mentioned Above (Includes Festool Accessories)

For the purposes of this policy, Festool accessories are defined as items not considered tools (products powered by a power cord or battery). Any other products not already referenced above in this policy, are also covered by this section of our return policy. You may return items within 30 days of purchase if the item is unused in its original packaging, and both the product and packaging in the same condition that you received it. Items approved for return will be assessed a 15% restocking fee. You are responsible for costs associated with returning the product and the product until we receive it. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Please do not send your purchase to the manufacturer, we will provide authorization and details on returning the tool to us.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. All returns are subject to inspection and we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Gift cards are non-refundable.
