Festool 578701 Diamond Saw Blade 160mm 28-tooth

Built for extreme durability and precision in the toughest cutting conditions, this diamond-tipped circular saw blade is engineered for materials that quickly wear out conventional carbide blades. Featuring polycrystalline diamond (PCD) teeth with a trapezoidal triple-chip grind (TCG). It delivers clean, controlled cuts while dramatically extending blade life.

Designed for demanding applications including solid-surface materials such as Corian®, HPL & CPL laminates, fiber-cement board, gypsum-bonded panels. 

This blade offers up to 15× longer service life compared to standard carbide-tipped blades.The result is consistent cut quality, reduced blade changes, and dependable performance when working with highly abrasive materials. Precisely matched to Festool track saws, it delivers efficient, accurate cutting where durability matters most.
